Working with an international private sector transport operator in Singapore, Crescar was tasked with designing and implementing a complete end-to-end business and operating model. This model was developed in anticipation should the operator be successful in its bid application. The bid application was for operations and maintenance of a segment of Singapore’s public bus network.

Our approach

We began by establishing a clear strategy and vision for the programme, incorporating key win themes and unique selling propositions tailored to the client’s bid objectives. A joint management and steering board was established and operated collaboratively with the client throughout the programme, providing oversight and ensuring consistent alignment.

We developed a series of integrated workstreams across all major components of the model. These were incorporated into a detailed project management plan, complete with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and dependencies, which our expert teams managed throughout the delivery of the programme.

For each workstream, we set out clear terms of reference and defined tangible outcomes and deliverables. An experienced programme lead and subject matter expert were assigned to each workstream, responsible not only for the successful delivery of their specific outcomes but also for maintaining alignment with the overall programme strategy and deadlines.
